In Course 1, we will establish the intellectual and spiritual ground that this series is rooted in. We'll unpack the Colonial Matrix of Power & its body-distorting machinations; capital accumulation in modernity from an Indigenous perspective; and how I discovered the source of Radical Love Traditions (RLT) through my Mother--the first Somatic Scholar I've known.

Course 2 dives deeper into the heart of coloniality, where the invention of race(s) and capital accumulation birth our modern economies. We explore here the Mythic Ground of Wall Street, sensitizing ourselves toward what ancestors have to say about the marketplace. We'll touch on: commodification of the body; reframing our poly-crisis through an eco-psychological lens; and restoring Sacred Law to Land & Nature as the seat of value.

In Course 3, we chart a pathway to decommodifying the body by centering African Indigenous wisdom traditions that delink the womb from capitalism and its dehumanizing logic, value systems and practices. We'll also trace the pulse of coloniality/modernity's cultural ruptures back to its older roots--terrorism against the Female body through fundamentalist religious practices and ideologies.

Course 4 is an imaginal, experiential session inspired by the groundbreaking work of economic anthropologist Jason Hickel. Challenging contemporary market notions of ever-increasing GDP as the benchmark of a healthy economy, his research on de-growth economies will form the critical ground where we may deposit seeds of futurity. Our guiding question: "How do we reimagine stable economies without perpetual growth?"

Course 5 is an Integration Session to foster a crystallization of practices, perspectives & actions that contribute to transforming value. What are we now sensitized to? What wants to be carried forward? With an eye on locating and embodying tangible, accessible theories of change, we'll engage in collective knowledge production through dialogue and breakout groups.
